Marcel Manaigre

Marcel Manaigre has spent his career in service to the people and infrastructure of the RM of Taché. As the Maintenance Manager at Villa Youville, Marcel is responsible for the daily care, safety, and operation of facilities that house and support local seniors. His hands-on approach to maintenance and operational management has earned him a reputation as a practical problem-solver who gets things done right the first time.

Marcel's strong work ethic and commitment to community are shared across his entire family. Service is a central value in the Manaigre household: his wife, Hildi, and daughter, Celina, work alongside him at Villa Youville, providing exceptional day-to-day care and attention to senior residents. His son, Justin, carries that same driven, independent spirit as a local entrepreneur.

In addition to his professional role at Villa Youville, Marcel serves as a Councillor for the Rural Municipality of Taché. On council, he brings the same grounded perspective, budget awareness, and practical approach that guide his everyday work, ensuring local services remain reliable and community focused.
